Speed Stacking

Stacking up cups and  is a relatively new sport.  It began in California in the early 1980’s, but really grew after 2000.  Now more than 20,000 schools worldwide using speed stacking as part of the Phys Ed program. Speed stacking combines agility, concentration quick reflexes, and ambidexterity (being able to use both hands equally well).
Speed stacking can be played as an individual or team sport.  Each player gets 12 plastic cups and must stack and unstuck them in a pre-determined sequence.  The player or team that can do this the fastest is the winner.
