Avocados date back to the Mayan era. Legend has it that the first avocado was eaten by a Mayan princess around 291 B.C. Avocados are rich in vitamin A and potassium.
2 ripe avocados, cut in half, pits removed
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) of lime juice
3 tbsp. of salsa
Scoop avocado pulp into medium bowl. Mash with a fork, leaving the mixture chunky. Stir in lime juice & salsa.
