Frozen Yogurt Shake

3 cups low-fat milk (1% or 2%)
2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt (you can use a different flavour if you prefer)
1 cup fruit– your choice : cut up banana, or strawberries, or mixed berries


Note:  to be really healthy, you can add some wheat germ to the mix.

In a blender, combine half the milk, frozen yogurt and ½ cup fruit of your choice. 

Blend until smooth.  Pour into 2 x 12 ounce glasses.  Make second batch same as first.
