Here are some great stretches to help you do the splits. You can get your side splits, middle splits and even chinese splits. Sloane and Katrina show you some great tips and stretches to help you increase your flexibility and get your splits.
Practise them every day for a few minutes and you will be amazed at your progress. Go slow so you don't get injured!
