Cheerleading Scorpion

Cheerleading Scorpion -Scale-HeelStretch

Cheerleading Scorpions take alot of practice. Cheerleading stretches can help increase flexibility. There are also partner stretches that can help get more limber. Flyers need to be very flexible and also have a good sense of balance.

Coach Don shows us how to safely spot a back walkover. If you are learning how to do your back walkover or back handspring, you should have someone to help spot you so you do not get injured.

Heel stretches and other cheer stretches are fun to learn. The scale is a cheer position that the flyer perfects.

In this cheerleading scorpion video, Katrina gets to learn some cheer moves by her cheer coaches at cheer camp.

Grab below baby toe with thumb on bottom to begin the move. Check out the video for details.
